Our 15 year old single malt scotch whisky is matured in a high proportion of American oak casks with a small portion of European oak casks to balance the liquid. The result is an easy to enjoy single malt with a fruity decadence and notes of zesty coriander, zingy pepper, honey and creamy toffee.

Reassuringly well-balanced for a 15 year old, this is an elegant malt with sweet fruitiness and perfect finish. Slightly spicy feel and drying, overall. Toffee apples and hints of honeycomb balanced by linseed oil and hints of the sea.
