How do I place an order?

  • Choose the product you want and click it to see the details.
  • Select the item then click “Add to Cart”.
  • When you’re ready to complete your order, click on the Cart icon located on the upper right.
  • Click “Checkout” and fill in the required shipping and billing details before placing an order. Make sure the addresses and ZIP/Postal Codes were input correctly to avoid any inconveniences.
  • Click Place Order

Do I still need to create an account before ordering?

Yes! Creating an account is a must since we do want to get to know you better and be part of our exciting journey. More exclusive offers and perks when you subscribe to our website. Stay tuned!

Can I still change the items I selected after the order has been placed?

No, all items are considered as confirmed and final already once placed.

How do I change my delivery address when placing an order?

  • First, select the item/product you wish to order.
  • Proceed to check out and click the delivery address field for you to input your preferred address.

What is the minimum order amount?

  • No minimum order amount required!
  • But you can enjoy FREE shipping with a minimum amount required of P3,000.00*

What are your payment methods?

You can pay through the following methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Deposit
  • Cashless Transactions through PayMongo - Visa, Mastercard, GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins PH, 7Eleven, and more!

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) will only be activated for all orders worth up to P10,000.00
  • All orders worth above P10,000.00 will automatically be paid using Bank Deposit or Cashless Transactions.
  • All orders for Click & Collect option will be paid using Bank Deposit or Cashless Transactions only.

How do I pay using Bank Deposit?

  • Choose the product you want to order and click “Add to Cart”.
  • Navigate to the upper right corner and click the Cart icon.
  • Once ready, you may click “Checkout” and fill in all necessary shipping and billing details.
  • Click “Bank Deposit” on the Payment section.
  • You may send your payment to our only bank account indicated below:

How does Click & Collect work?

  • Click & Collect is a self pick-up scheme that can be used as an option! It’s always free and very accessible since Cellar Fresh’s products are displayed in a showroom inside the SMB Prestige Bldg. Compound at The Mezz.
  • You may choose Click & Collect option for all your orders and expect your order will be ready up to 3 hours*!

How do I track my orders?

Can I still change my delivery address once order has been made?

  • No, you can no longer change the delivery address once the order is placed.
  • The only option you can do is to cancel the order and place a new one with the correct and preferred delivery address.

Do you have any Return and Refund Policy?

  • All purchases made on Cellar Fresh website are considered final. Please ensure to review delivery timelines during the checkout process.
  • Upon receiving your items from our delivery rider, it is important to inspect them carefully. Once received in satisfactory condition, the sale is deemed final.
  • Return Policy is only effective within 24 hours upon item receipt

How can I request a return or refund?

  • Navigate to the bottom part of the page and click Contact Us.
  • Fill in necessary fields such as Name, Contact Number, Email Address.
  • On the drop-down list of concerns, Select Return and Refund.
  • Write narrative description regarding item issue.
  • Upload Photos & Videos for proof.
  • Once done, click Send.

What are the valid conditions for Return?

Are there packaging guidelines for returning an order?

  • Torn/Damaged Packaging
  • Plastic wrap or seal intact
  • Item must not be used/consumed
  • Item must include all packaging and accessories (if item is bought by set/pack e.g. GWP)
