The Dalmore 18 Years Old is the evolution of The Dalmore house style. The whisky begins its journey in American Oak Ex-Bourbon to mature for 14 years. The liquid is then transferred into a 30 Year Old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry Butt from Gonzales Byass for a further 4 years.
