Description
Under the watchful eyes of our Master Distiller, the Dalmore 12 Sherry Cask is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. This gives its first base of soft vanilla and honey notes. It is then finished in casks having held three different styles of oloroso sherry, from a nuttier style made purely of Palomino to a sweeter style with a proportion of Perdro Ximenez. Each sherry cask gifts the whisky with its own individual characteristics and flavours.
