The Dalmore 12 Years Old is recognized as a whisky with character far beyond its age. This whisky begins its journey in American Oak Ex-Bourbon Casks to mature for 9 years. The liquid is then divided and half is transferred into a 30 Year Old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry Cask from Gonzales Byass for a further 3 years.
