Officially re-launched in the beginning of 2013, Tanqueray's limited edition Malacca is a sweet, spicy gin with increased levels of citrus. This is not dissimilar to some of the old-fashioned styles of Old Tom gin, and it works very well in cocktails.

Tasting Notes
Rich, intense spices on the Nose with hints of citrus zest, allspice and lemon curd. A little pine needle. Thick spices with barley sugar, boiled sweets and earthy juniper. A hint of coriander seed, citrus rind and stem ginger. Allspice and ginger, black pepper.
Best Paired With
50ml of the gin along with 150ml of the tonic over ice in a large glass, and with a garnish of lime and grapefruit works perfectly.
