Tasting Notes
Intense ruby red color with violet rim. The nose is intense, elegant and complex. The aromas of fresh red and black berries stand out against a delicately floral background reminiscent of violets. Toasted notes and dulce de leche appear together with subtle hints of dairy and vanilla. On the palate, it’s very balanced with rounded tannins and generous volume. It has rich natural acidity that makes it a juicy wine on the midpalate. The finish is elegant, leaving us with smooth, pleasing sweet sensations for a long time.

This Malbec pairs very well with most red and white meats, although it has a special affinity with grilled pork and chicken, especially with barbecue sauce.
