Vino De Misa is a very special mass wine which is prepared through the exceptional years of tempranillo grape. For any kind of celebration, this vintage wine is perfect because of the natural sweet taste and red color. Vino De Misa takes around 10 months to prepare this wine. The process of this wine is a lengthy one to obtain a natural wine. The unique thing about this wine is that the tempranillo grape used in the process is fused with a vintage wine to obtain a special kind of taste. After the fusion of tempranillo grape with alcohol, the grape is fermented. Once the winemaking process is done and the grapes are fermented, the wine must be filtered and stored in a bottle for 8 months. Mompo has hazelnuts, pine kernels, dates which are blended with honey, flowers, and spices.
