Our Spicy Spanish os loosley based on the Chorizo. The word chorizo comes from the Late Latin salsicia 'salted', via the Portuguese souriç, it is a doublet of the Spanish word salchicha 'sausage', Glenhams is made from coarsely chopped pork and pork fat, seasoned with garlic, smoked paprika - and salt. It has a nice kick with the last taste.
