Tasting Notes
Very complex bouquet, full of spicy oak notes mixed with nuts, honey, vanilla sweets and toffee. Structured, rounded, smooth on the palate, highly complex, with almond nuances and full of notes of Sherry mixed with hints of vanilla and caramel. The finish is long and persistent.

Fundador Light is an easy going, pleasant, and a spirit that works well with tapas or charcuterie, dried fruits, chocolate desserts, pastries, and spicy (Chinese) foods. Also best enjoyed after meals as a digestive or combination with coffee.
