Inspired by the humble and hardworking Catalonian iconic donkey. Made with Chardonnay: 65%, Xarel·lo 25% and Macabeo: 10%. The bottles have been in the cellar for a minimum of 15 months at a T ° between 12 ° and 16 ° C. This contact time between the base wine and the yeasts give it a unique personality and reserve category.

Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with golden reflections, fine bubbles and slight pink tinge. Complex with a marked presence of ageing notes with a background of fruit. Dry, balanced, full and very stylish.
