Description
It is of unknown origin, but the first mentions are from France, where it has been cultivated for centuries since the 17th century. Sauvignon yellow and Sauvignon green are also known, but Sauvignon Blanc has larger bunches and the average yield reaches up to 8.5 tons per ha.

Tasting Notes
Color: Pale yellow with a greenish tint.
Nose: It has an intense aroma, where we find apple, doula. It is complemented by shades of dry grass to yellow melon.
Taste: Fruity and very fresh, full and persistent. The wine is fresh and creates a pleasant sensation on the palate.
