The XO offering the best balance between fruity notes and wood components. Exclusively distilled with the Intensity method , selecting the most aromatic liters from the heads during the second distillation, our XO is an explosion of sumptuous fruity notes mixed with spices. CAMUS XO is the result of a careful selection of our best eaux-de-vie whose maturation lasted at least 10 years and took place in small oak barrels. The use of lightly burnt fine-grained wood offers a perfect balance between highly aromatic components and subtle tannins. Each blend contains distillates from the Borderies cru, enhancing the floral notes of this intensely aromatic cognac.
