The three new botanicals - pennyroyal mint, rosehip and toasted hazelnut - balance the citrus notes of the classic Bombay Sapphire London Dry Gin recipe. English summertime in a bottle, wonderful served with fresh mint and a lemon slice.

Aroma:
Spicy, nutty, floral and citrusy.
Taste:
Piney juniper and a blast of Bombay spice but with a soft mouthfeel, attractive floral notes and a dry nuttiness. Mint is evident but well integrated.
Finish:
Floral notes- more violet than rose, are particularly evident in the dry peppery finish.
