Founded in 2016 with an international brewmaster, a seasoned distiller and a master mixologist, Destileria Barako was born – where technological innovation meets indigenous locally-foraged ingredients to create signature craft spirits highlighting to the world the flavors of the Philippines. Agimat at Ugat Vodka is a premium triple distilled vodka made from fresh Bacolod sugar cane. The sharp heads cut, and oily tails are removed in the Philippines largest craft distilling fractioning column down at our plant in Boracay (Malay, Aklan).
