Promo Mechanics:
1. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard and YAZZ Prepaid Visa cards.

4. The Mezz is located at G/F SMB Prestige Building, 40 M. San Buenaventura St., Brgy. Bagong Ilog, Pasig City. Cardholders with minimum P2,000 worth of purchase should mention to the store staff that they will avail of the Metrobank card promo.
5. To avail of the promo online:
i. Go to www.cellarfresh.com;
ii. Create an account (for non-members only);
iii. Add item/s to cart;
iv. Input your 16-digit Metrobank card number and click “Verify now”, the discount shall automatically apply for qualified Metrobank cards;
v. Click “Proceed now” to continue to the checkout page;
vi. Enter delivery details to complete the transaction.
Note: Failure to verify your Metrobank card shall disqualify the cardholder from availing the discount.

7. Other Terms and Conditions:
i. The discount code is valid for multiple uses within the promo period.
ii. All discounted products and monthly featured items are included in the promo. Product discounts and other vouchers will stack upon payment.
iii. Shipping fee is not included in the minimum spend.
iv. Metrobank cardholders must meet the minimum spend requirement and charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card through Cellar Fresh online or The Mezz’s Point-of-Sale terminal.
v. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card will be accepted per cardholder, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank cards.
8. All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. shipping fee and taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder, unless otherwise provided.
9. By participating in the promo, cardholders agree that their personal data (e.g. name, address, card information, etc.) will be shared to, collected, stored and/or processed by Cellar Fresh, in accordance with its Confidentiality, Data Privacy Policy, Security Policy, Terms of Use, and other relevant policies and terms and conditions, and is subject further to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. No. 10173
10. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
11. In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.
12. The use of the Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards.
13. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the offer or incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit or prepaid card account.
14. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
15. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Cellar Fresh/The Mezz. Cellar Fresh/The Mezz agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.
16. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.
17. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions and Metrobank’s Privacy Policy.
